1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Osyrai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Osyrai provides AI-powered sewer inspection analysis. The Service processes video files you upload and generates defect detection reports.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Osyrai to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
5. Video Packs
Video Packs are one-time purchases that do not expire. Video Pack credits are non-refundable once purchased.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload content that violates any applicable law or regulation. Osyrai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Osyrai provides AI-generated analysis as a tool to assist professional judgment. The Service does not replace professional inspection standards. Osyrai is not liable for decisions made based on the Service's output.
8. Changes to Terms
Osyrai may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
